Job summary

Savant Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, families, and visitors at our assisted living facility. You will coordinate appointments, assist with inquiries, and help with administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic computer know-how, and experience in customer service or hospitality. This role reports to the Executive Director and involves daily interaction with residents

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Health Screening, TB Clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance required.
• First Aid/ CPR Certification preferred.
• California CPR/Regulatory compliance knowledge is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred.”
• Proficient with basic computer systems (word processing, email, databases).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Provide information and assist with resident inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation and services for residents.
• Maintain knowledge of facility amenities and communicate them clearly.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain resident records.
• Keep concierge desk organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with staff to address resident needs promptly.
• Monitor safety and confidentiality within the facility.
• Serve as liaison between residents and other departments.
