Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to be the first point of contact at the front desk for residents and visitors in our Texas communities. The role emphasizes professional communication, guest reception, and coordination with the marketing and staff teams.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, handling mail, supporting statements and invoices, and providing tours when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related experience or training.
• Basic typing and computer skills; proficiency in Windows and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Visitor Greeting: Welcome all visitors with a warm, professional demeanor; sign in and notify residents of arrival.
• Community Representation: Promote a positive image of the community and refer prospective residents to marketing.
• Phone Management: Answer calls, direct to staff or residents, and maintain emergency/contact logs.
• Mail & Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute mail; coordinate outgoing mail.
• Administrative Assistance: Assist with monthly resident statements and accounts payable coding; support event reservations.
• Office Support: Order supplies and maintain rosters and documentation.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies per protocol and assist with disaster planning.
• Community Tours: Provide tours to prospective residents and families when others are unavailable.
• Clerical Tasks: Typing, filing, and other clerical duties.
• Training & Compliance: Complete required training and attend meetings.
• Other Duties: Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor.
