RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors at a multifamily community. You will deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams, and help maintain a welcoming, well‑run property.

You will use Entrata Yardi/OneSite to track inquiries, schedule tours, and log resident information, ensuring consistent show quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors in the lobby and guides them to their destination.
• Handles guest follow-ups, leasing renewals, and resident inquiries.
• Manages service requests and logs activities in the system.
