Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of AvalonBay and frontline customer service at the front desk.
• Monitor foot traffic, coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams to support move-in/move-out and daily resident needs.
• Implement programs to improve resident satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Provide information, directions, and personalized recommendations to residents, vendors, and prospects.
• Handle multiple tasks, manage time-sensitive requests, and maintain composure and positivity.
• Manage phone messages, resident packages, maintenance requests, and other administrative duties using company software and Microsoft Office.
