Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year or more of related experience in a hotel, retail, or restaurant setting preferred.
• Proficiency using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Handle new problems and see them through to completion, showing residents care and attention.
• Communicate clearly in person and over the phone, providing information, direction, and instruction.
• Manage time effectively, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining composure and positivity.
• Exhibit patience, maintaining a calm demeanor with residents, vendors, and prospects.
• Organize phone messages, resident packages, and maintenance requests, escalating as needed.
