Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must complete all Atria training programs.
• Able to read and write simple instructions and communicate with customers.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and handle routine tasks.
• Willing to work various schedules and shifts.
• Operate front desk equipment (telephone, emergency system, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serves as point of contact for resident requests and calls.
• Coordinates services for residents and families (dry cleaning, transportation, etc.).
• Maintains high standards of customer service and welcomes new residents and family members.
• Answers questions regarding local stores, attractions and services.
• Keeps lobby and common areas clean and welcoming, monitors ambience and coordinates with staff.
• Coordinates transportation schedules and appointments for residents.
• Liaises between dining room and residents for guest reservations and meal reminders.
• May supervise front desk staff and drivers; provides coverage as needed.
• May drive company vehicle when required by the community.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
