Barkan Management Company is seeking a motivated Concierge to maintain a secure, welcoming lobby and provide personal services to residents at our Arlington property. You will greet residents and visitors, coordinate with service providers, and ensure the front desk is always staffed and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in service and hospitality.
• Demonstrated reliability with a set work schedule.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of rules, regulations, and policies.
• Welcome and greet residents and guests professionally.
• Announce guests to units and coordinate with the Page.
• Familiarize with service providers (limousines, taxis, cleaners, etc.).
• Ensure front lobby is well maintained and presentable.
• Receive calls for personal services and coordinate with the Page.
• Ensure services are provided in a friendly, courteous, professional manner.
• Keep front desk coverage and log deliveries and requests.
• Assign after-hours requests and login work orders in Building Link.
• Monitor key control and authorize entry for visitors.
• Ensure contractors are properly badged and follow security policies.
• Monitor security and life-safety systems and report issues.
• Assist with deliveries and information about local activities.
