Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Resident Concierge to greet residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk and guide prospects through leasing. You will support applications, move-ins, and daily operations with a friendly, detail-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and customer service in a dynamic community setting, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or leasing; apartment industry experience preferred.
• Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk/office, providing a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Greet and tour prospective residents through the community, model units, and amenities, highlighting features and benefits.
• Answer phone, email, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process rental applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Follow up with prospects and leads to convert interest into signed leases.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and availability in the property management system.
• Assist with move-in coordination, including paperwork, orientation, and welcome packets.
• Handle resident concerns or complaints with professionalism, escalating as needed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly and follow established safety procedures.
