Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a capable team member to deliver outstanding customer service and foster resident loyalty. You will guide new residents through move-in prep, address inquiries, and support seamless transitions across DC Metro properties.

Responsibilities include handling move-in follow-ups, inspections, and coordinating events while ensuring a vibrant, well-operated community with visible amenities and rental processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Smartphone use for certain job aspects.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fostering resident loyalty through outstanding move-in experiences.
• Adapting and escalating resident issues, and ensuring an overall remarkable living experience throughout their residency.
• Addressing resident inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Guiding new residents through the move-in preparation experience for a smooth transition.
• Conducting follow-up within a week of move-in to address concerns.
• Managing move out inspections and coordinating resident events.
• Maintaining high resident visibility, overseeing amenity areas, and collecting fees for rentals.
• Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance community operations.
