Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator in the Washington, DC area to deliver exceptional customer service and foster resident loyalty throughout their residency.

You will guide new residents through move-in preparation, conduct follow-ups after move-in, manage move-out inspections, coordinate resident events, oversee amenities, and collect rentals while actively suggesting improvements to community operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle during workday.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Smartphone use required for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster resident loyalty.
• Guide new residents through move-in preparation for a smooth transition.
• Conduct follow-up within a week of move-in to address concerns.
