Job summary

Core Spaces in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Community Concierge to play a vital on-site role in day-to-day leasing office operations. You will conduct prospect tours, follow up with leads, spearhead marketing initiatives, support resident retention, and assist with move-outs, moves, and turnover.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with on-site shifts of at least three hours and a minimum 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• The utmost level of integrity in all instances, and shows respect towards others and towards company principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups to drive leasing.
• Plan and execute on-site marketing and resident events.
• Support move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours.
• Post to social media and create marketing materials using Canva.
• Maintain Core Spaces brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
