Job summary

Osprey Village is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the “Director of First Impressions” for residents, families, and guests. You will greet and assist visitors, handle calls, promote events, and help with registrations while maintaining security and confidentiality.

As part of the team, you will support daily operations, manage office tasks, and participate in training sessions. The role emphasizes professional communication and resident-centered service in a compassionate community setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ concierge/administrative experience desired.
• Telephone operating and answering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, family members, guests, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer internal and external calls, pages, and walkie talkies.
• Promote programs, events, and outings; assist with registration.
• Support community sales by engaging visitors and collecting information.
• Maintain building security and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Manage office equipment, mail, and supplies; assist Business Office Manager.
• Attend required trainings and uphold HIPAA confidentiality.
