Job summary

MAA is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to residents and provide administrative support to the property management office. You will manage move-in and move-out experiences, conduct inspections, and coordinate service requests to promote satisfaction and retention.

In this role you’ll work with on-site teams to ensure curb appeal, prepare personalized welcome touches, and support tours for prospects or moving residents within MAA communities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles move-in/move-out inspections and orientations.
• Responds to resident questions via phone, online channels, and CRM.
• Coordinates service requests with vendors and on-site teams.
• Maintains knowledge of community amenities and local market.
• Plans resident engagement and community events.
