Job summary

MAA in Duluth, GA is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist to boost resident satisfaction by guiding move-ins, performing inspections, and coordinating service requests through the on-site office.

You will conduct pre-move inspections with SightPlan, host tours, respond to questions via phone and CRM, manage the community calendar, and partner with maintenance and vendors to uphold curb appeal and make-ready quality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to multi-task and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conducts move-in and move-out inspections.
• Coordinates pre-walk inspections using SightPlan.
• Facilitates move-in orientation and resident onboarding.
• Responds to resident questions via phone, email, and the CRM.
• Manages community calendar and resident engagement initiatives.
• Coordinates with vendors for service requests and make-ready.
