Job summary

MAA in Austin, TX is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service to residents and provide administrative support to the property management office, promoting resident satisfaction and retention. You will manage move-in and move-out experiences, conduct inspections, lead resident orientations, coordinate service requests, and facilitate transfers within MAA communities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or leasing experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-walk inspections of units prior to move-in; performs move-in/move-out inspections using SightPlan.
• Procur es and prepares personalized move-in gifts; facilitates move-in orientation.
• Responds to resident questions via phone, online platforms, and CRM; escalates issues as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of community amenities and features.
• Coordinates with vendors for deliveries, pest control, and make-ready processes.
• Leads resident engagement and manages the community calendar.
• Oversees online reputation and conducts property tours when required.
