Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Resident Services Manager to oversee on-site customer service and resident retention at our Raleigh property. You will manage renewals, replacements, tours, and marketing activities to enhance the resident experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in property management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Office tools and Entrata. This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and a collaborative approach aligned with Core Spaces'

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• High School Diploma or Comparable Degree.
• Proficient in Office products and Windows/Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident renewals, replacements, and conflicts.
• Conduct prospect tours and support leasing activities.
• Coordinate marketing events and resident engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and on-site administrative tasks.
