Qualifications

• Basic maintenance awareness.

• Ability to use AppFolio mobile and Google Forms for reporting.
• Prior hospitality, leasing, or resident service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resident and Guest Relations: greet residents, vendors, and prospects with a welcoming demeanor.
• Tour Support: assist Sales and Leasing Specialists by ensuring model units are staged for tours.
• Move-in/Move-out Inspections: document unit conditions in AppFolio and report issues.
• Pre-Move-in Readiness: ensure units are fully ready before scheduled move-ins.
• Communication and Property Upkeep: deliver notices, monitor cleanliness, curb appeal, and lighting.
• Feedback and Issue Resolution: relay resident concerns to Resident Experience team for improvement.
• Event Support: assist with community events and resident engagement.
• Safety Awareness: report safety concerns or incidents promptly.
