Responsibilities

• Answer phones with a welcoming, courteous attitude.
• Assist in scheduling new hires and processing new hire paperwork.
• Receive and route mail; perform light clerical tasks.
• Greet residents, families and visitors and direct to appropriate staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect resident information.
• Support the Business Office Manager as needed.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry support as required.
