The Hallmark in Houston is seeking a Concierge who warmly greets guests, manages calls, and assists residents with deliveries and information. You will log packages, support mail distribution, and coordinate with front desk operations to ensure smooth communication and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a strong customer service attitude, enjoy working with older adults, and can remain friendly and courteous under pressure. Some evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and follow written and verbal directions.
• Must maintain a pleasant manner under pressure or interruptions.
• Ability to type, file, and handle a multi-line telephone is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with hospitality and direct to the appropriate staff.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries to residents and staff.
• Answer a multi-line phone system, transfer calls, and relay messages promptly.
• Assist with maintaining resident information and mail distribution.
• Relay pertinent information to Front Desk Supervisor or Executive Director and monitor weather/alerts.
