Job summary

Colen Built Development seeks a friendly Community Enhancement Concierge to serve On Top of the World Communities residents in Ocala, FL. You are the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, and emails, delivering warm, professional service.

You will assist with community rules, work orders, amenities, and related inquiries, while maintaining a welcoming lobby and coordinating with other OTOW departments to support residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and databases.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and provide general information on community rules, modifications, work orders, and amenities.
• Register walk-in guests for liaison assistance; manage voicemails and phone inquiries as needed.
• Assist with resident processes per company guidelines and balance workload across duties.
• Maintain lobby area clean and presentable; restock snacks/drinks for guests.
• Navigate department databases and collaborate with OTOW departments to resolve issues.
