You will be the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls and emails, handle work orders, modifications, and guide residents through the check-in kiosk while upholding company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to read and understand community rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents via walk-in, phone or email.

• Address and resolve complaints promptly.
