Job summary

Colen Built Development is seeking an Experience Liaison to create exceptional guest experiences across Welcome Centers and Model Centers in Ocala, FL. You will greet visitors, manage registrations, and support events while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.

The role requires strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, and a background in customer service or home sales, with flexibility for weekends and holidays, and a team-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in a home sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and maintain a professional demeanor with residents, visitors, and coworkers.
• Open and close Welcome Centers and Model Centers.
• Register and check in guests using assigned software; manage daily tasks and communication.
• Assist Specialists with appointments, updates, reporting, and buyer services; support property management activities.
• Assist Discovery Stay program with check-ins/outs and handle administrative duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas; restock coffee bar and bake cookies.
• Coordinate events, handle supplies, and stay flexible with scheduling including weekends/holidays.
