Job summary

Allegria Village in Dearborn, MI is seeking a compassionate Skilled Nursing Concierge to welcome new residents and support families through the admission and transition process. You will coordinate with Admissions, Nursing, Social Services, Therapy, and other teams to create a warm, informative arrival experience.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, escorting to rooms, introducing routines and amenities, serving as the primary contact, and ensuring timely updates to families in a busy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in customer service, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, admissions or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and families to the Skilled Nursing Center.
• Meet residents upon arrival and escort them to their room.
• Introduce residents and families to routines, dining, therapy programs, and amenities.
• Serve as primary contact during admission and transition.
• Contact family members within 24 hours of admission with updates.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure comfort and address concerns.
• Facilitate communication between residents, families, and the care team.
• Address concerns promptly with the appropriate department.
