Core Spaces Gainesville is seeking a Community Concierge to play a vital on-site role in managing leasing operations and resident engagement. You will conduct tours, assist with marketing efforts, and support events that drive retention and community satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with shifts such as 3-hour blocks and a minimum of 15 hours per week, and a focus on presenting properties in line with Core Spaces standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• Integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsabilités

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups with prospective residents.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and resident events to drive leasing and community engagement.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and on-site tasks during turnover periods.
• Support Community Manager with daily leasing operations and inquiries.
• Maintain Core Spaces brand standards for presentation and customer experience.
• Curate social posts and marketing materials as directed by the Community Manager.
• Present to student organizations and participate in sponsored events on behalf of the community.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Core Spaces policies and procedures.
• Provide evening and/or overnight on-call coverage as required.
