Augusta Rental Homes is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Augusta, GA. This role answers incoming calls, coordinates move-ins/outs, handles maintenance requests, and assures high-quality communication between residents, owners, and the company.

You will also assist with leasing tasks, track NSF and late fees, and use software like Notion, Lead Simple, and Buildium to manage operations while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service positions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with leasing processes and property management concepts.
• Proficient in computer systems and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and provide high-quality customer service to residents and owners.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and inspect units for readiness.
• Receive and input maintenance requests, process NSF/late fees, and track funds.
• Assist with leasing duties when time allows and follow company policies.
