Vitality is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented receptionist to deliver a warm front-desk experience for residents and visitors. You will greet guests, answer calls, and handle transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

In this role you will maintain records, support marketing activities when needed, and collaborate with the Executive Director and Business Office Director. A calm, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Have basic technical skills and can follow written/verbal instructions.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the reception desk during assigned periods and greet visitors.
• Respond to residents' and visitors' questions and relay messages to leadership.
• Answer and direct phone calls; process payments for community purchases.
• Organize mail; assist in marketing duties when needed and during absences.
• Monitor call systems and exit alarms; report issues promptly.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and move-in packet preparation.
• Attend onboarding and training sessions; comply with policies.
