Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls promptly and forward or take messages.

• Monitor the Personal Emergency Response System and report as needed.
• Assist with clerical tasks for the Resident Services team and Admin staff.
• Prepare paperwork for scheduling and billing under supervision.
