Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• One year of experience in administrative sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound sales calls and engages prospects to collect contact information.
• Greets tours and escorts prospects, coordinating with the Director of Sales.
• Maintains CRM data for accuracy and completeness.
• Produces weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports as requested.
• Assists in showing model apartments and ensuring readiness for tours.
