Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, tours, and assist with sales to create a smooth resident experience.
• Answer and route calls promptly and courteously with accurate information.
• Support residents and families, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of activities and services, sharing information proactively.
• Assist with reception tasks, mail/packages and front-desk operations.
• Uphold safety and compliance in line with policies and regulations.
