Job summary

Comstock Companies in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to residents, guests and vendors. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, coordinate packages, and support maintenance scheduling while ensuring building security and compliance.

You will use Yardi for maintenance tickets, coordinate amenities, and assist with resident events, notices, and daily operations, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of high-end customer service experience; 3 years preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service and build rapport with residents, guests and prospects.
• Greet visitors and respond to tenant questions in a timely manner.
• Manage building access to ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Answer phones and route to the right destination.
• Manage resident packages and mail; scan incoming/outgoing packages daily.
• Support the Resident Services Manager with events and notices.
• Enter maintenance issues into Yardi to create tickets for the maintenance team.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations and loading dock/elevator access.
• Perform daily building walks to identify maintenance items and tidy spaces.
• Stay compliant with fair housing regulations; work weekends if needed.
