Greystar is seeking a role focused on resident support to manage service requests, accounting questions, and retention efforts at a Jersey City community. You will coordinate communications and events while ensuring the leasing office and show areas are consistently ready for prospects.

The position emphasizes timely follow-ups, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with onsite teams to maintain high resident satisfaction and retention in a large-scale rental community.

Responsibilities

• Manages resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and questions about rent and fees.
• Completes call-backs on service requests within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
• Creates and coordinates resident communications, newsletters, surveys, and lease-violation letters.
• Organizes resident events and coordinates community functions as directed.
• Monitors appearance of the property and ensures model units and leasing office are ready for showings.
• Reviews incident and lease-violation reports and follows up accordingly.
• Handles front desk inquiries via phone and email and responds promptly.
