Qualifications

• Experience in customer service for residents preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries about rent and payments.
• Strong communication and event coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve resident complaints and questions to improve retention.
• Complete callbacks on service requests within 24 hours.
• Create and coordinate resident communications, newsletters and surveys.
• Manage roommate matching and lease wait lists as needed.
• Organize resident events and ensure leasing offices and show spaces are ready.
• Monitor office appearance, curb appeal and daily vacancies.
