Responsibilities

• Ensures resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and questions about rent and fees.
• Completes callbacks on service requests within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
• Creates and coordinates resident communications such as newsletters and surveys.
• Coordinates resident events and organizes welcome gifts and visits.
• Monitors property appearance, curb appeal, and readiness of leasing office and model units.
• Reviews incident reports and lease violations, following up as necessary.
• Manages front desk communications and prepares move-in access keys/fobs.
