The Scion Group LLC is hiring a General Manager for dual-site communities in Mount Pleasant, MI. This role requires customer-centric leadership, quick decision-making and strong business acumen to drive operating, expense and revenue performance.

Lead staffing, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, legal and facilities teams. Expect ownership of resident experience, safety, and property compliance with a focus on turnover, budgets and revenue targets.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership.

• Staff development and leadership: hire, train and lead teams to operate effectively.
• Property administration: manage market conditions, policies and emergencies with partners.
• Facilities & Capital: oversee safe, clean common areas and capital projects coordination.
