Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or leasing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi or RealPage experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in overseeing all aspects of community operations.
• Show apartments to prospective residents and explain lease terms.
• Process lease agreements, collect deposits, and manage rental payments.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate maintenance.
• Inspect vacant units and identify repair needs.
• Supervise staff and participate in meetings and training.
