Allied Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations and to ensure resident satisfaction and financial performance. You will handle leasing, rent collection, and inspections while staying on top of property needs.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of Yardi or RealPage. Join a team focused on growth and professional development in the Puget Sound area.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or leasing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi or RealPage experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in overseeing all operations.
• Show apartments, explain leases, highlight amenities.
• Provide local information on schools, shopping, recreation, transportation.
• Process leases, deposits, and rent payments.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintenance issues.
• Inspect vacant units for repairs.
• Step in during Community Manager absence.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Supervise staff per policies and laws.
