Kairoi Residential seeks a Concierge Specialist to deliver highly personalized service for our luxury multifamily residents. You will anticipate needs, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and manage complex requests with discretion and professionalism.

You will serve as a lead expert in resident relations, collaborate with the Resident Experience team, and help plan exclusive events that enhance community and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in customer service or luxury residential/hospitality.
• Proven ability to deliver personalized luxury service.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for residents, handling inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Anticipate needs and proactively assist to enhance living experiences.
• Build strong resident relationships and foster a sense of community.
• Maintain knowledge of amenities and local resources to advise residents accurately.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, reservations, maintenance requests, and service issues.
• Escalate complex resident issues and ensure timely resolutions.
