Kairoi Residential in Denver seeks a General Manager to oversee all operations of a luxury high-rise community. You will lead a high-performing team, manage resident relations, financial performance, and property maintenance to deliver an exceptional living experience.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, guiding leasing decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations, planning exclusive resident events, and maximizing NOI through disciplined budget management and service

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of multifamily or related hospitality experience.
• Proven track record of leading a team of multifamily professionals (2+ years).
• Strong financial management understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CAM or IREM certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and regular check-ins.
• Foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Oversee budget preparation, financial reporting, and NOI optimization.
• Maintain property condition and oversee vendor contracts.
