Kairoi Residential is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our luxury high-rise community. You will support the General Manager in daily operations and focus on curating an exclusive living experience for discerning residents.

Ideal candidates have luxury property management experience, strong resident relations skills, and a refined, professional demeanor. The role includes concierge oversight, events, rent collection, reporting, and confidential file management.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of luxury property management or related hospitality experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
• Strong financial acumen and discretion with payments and budgeting.
• Excellent professionalism and communication with high-net-worth residents.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with residents.
• Address inquiries and concerns discreetly and professionally.
• Oversee concierge services and exclusive events.
• Plan resident retention programs and lifestyle programming.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquent accounts.
• Prepare weekly and financial reports.
• Assist with budget preparation and reporting.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures.
• Supervise office staff in absence of Community Director.
• Ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality of records.
