Job summary

Windsor Communities in Hollywood, CA seeks a Resident Manager I to oversee daily operations, ensure move-in satisfaction, renewals, and serve as the liaison to Support Services and Sales Leadership. The role emphasizes a warm, engaging environment and proactive resident communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family environments.
• Knowledge of Funnel CRM is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide move-in procedures and maintain resident satisfaction across the community.
• Lead package management and timely response to resident issues.
• Support financial tracking, budgeting, and monthly invoice processing.
• Assist in CRM queue management and unguided tour preparation.
• Coordinate admin work, notices to vacate, and Move Out inspections.
