Job summary

Windsor Communities in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Lease Up Resident Services Manager I for the University Area. You will oversee community operations, drive move-ins and renewals, and coordinate with Sales Leadership to convert prospects to residents.

You will foster a welcoming environment, organize resident events, and maintain an engaged social media presence to meet resident needs today and tomorrow. Compensation starts at $29.68/hour ($61,734/year) with a full range up to $37.10/hour and bonus

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience in retail, hospitality or multi-family environments; Microsoft Office skills required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
• Lead resident package management and move-in documentation.
• Coordinate move-in inspections and post-move in communications with residents.
• Support service coordination with the Service Manager and Work Order communication.
• Assist with Funnel CRM queue management and unguided prospect tours.
