Job summary

Windsor Communities is seeking a Resident Manager I for the Sunset + Vine apartments in Hollywood, CA. You will oversee community operations, drive move-in experiences, renewals, and client satisfaction while collaborating with Sales and Support Services to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to resident.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment; MS Office skills.
• Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of Funnel CRM preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely response to resolve or expand resident issues.
• Lead resident package management efforts.
• Prepare move-in day documentation and inspections for seamless move-ins.
• Conduct post-move in communications to residents for satisfaction.
• Monitor Work Order communications with residents and follow up for satisfaction.
• Support Service Manager with Make Ready/Maintenance programs.
