Job summary

Windsor Communities in Charlotte, NC seeks a Lease Up Resident Services Manager I to oversee move-in, renewal, and community engagement. You will coordinate with Sales Leadership, manage resident relations, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced multifamily setting.

Responsibilities include move-in documentation, post-move communications, and working with the Support Services team on work orders. Strong MS Office and CRM skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family environments.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Microsoft Office 365 skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely response to resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Lead resident package management and move-in documentation.
• Support sales funnel management and unguided tours.
• Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with Service Manager on work orders and Make Ready programs.
