Job summary

Windsor Mystic River in Medford, MA is seeking a Resident Services Manager I to oversee daily operations, elevate resident experience, and coordinate with Sales leadership to ensure a seamless move from prospect to resident.

You will manage move-in processes, respond to resident concerns, and support package management, inspections, and CRM activities while fostering a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family environments.
• Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multifamily operations or property management is a plus.
• Knowledge of Funnel CRM is preferred; Microsoft Office 365 is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident issues promptly and elevate as needed.
• Lead package management and move-in coordination.
• Prepare move-in documents and inspections for a seamless arrival.
• Conduct post-move-in follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor Work Order communications with residents and the Service Team.
• Support monthly invoicing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Assist Funnel CRM queue management and unguided tours.
