Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in multifamily property management operations.
• Knowledge of Funnel CRM and Microsoft Office 365 required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-in process and ensure a seamless resident transition.
• Lead resident package management and move-in inspections.
• Coordinate with Service Manager on Work Order communications.
• Support sales leadership with prospect tours and CRM queue management.
