Job summary

CCMC is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee daily operations, budgeting, and long-term planning for our Utah communities. You will lead the onsite team, manage vendors, and collaborate with board members to sustain resident satisfaction and financial health.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability, and a commitment to CCMC’s core values of integrity, respect, service, and community.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite HOA/community management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; CAM license required within 90 days in all states except FL/ NV/ GA where required on hire.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations to align with CCMC’s mission and oversee assets, vendors, and resources.
• Foster relationships with residents, board members, and staff through clear communication.
• Ensure financial accountability by managing budgets, variance reports, and board directives.
• Develop and implement risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor the onsite team, focusing on delegation, collaboration, and performance development.
• Advise the board on strategy and policy to support community goals.
• Engage residents through meetings and inclusive participation initiatives.
