Qualifications

• 4 years of property management experience and knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata preferred).
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets.

Responsibilities

• Protect, maintain and enhance community value while maximizing residents’ living experience.
• Direct day-to-day activities across maintenance, marketing, leasing and operations.
• Manage cash flow, leasing strategy and revenue documentation.
• Lead on-site teams and coordinate repairs with residents and vendors.
• Review monthly financial statements and variances against budget.
