Job summary

Responsibilities include managing cash flow, preparing monthly statements, and ensuring lease data accuracy in management software.

Qualifications

• Four years of property management experience with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; independent project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance, leasing, and property operations.
• Direct day-to-day activities and coordinate revenue collection per lease.
• Maintain accurate resident files and lease data in management software.
• Analyze variances, cash flow and budgeting to meet financial goals.
• Manage resident relations and supervise on-site staff and vendors.
