GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC seeks a Community Manager in Fort Wayne, IN to lead daily operations of a residential property, drive occupancy and revenue, and coach a high-performing team. You will manage budgets, ensure compliance, and maintain excellent resident relations while leveraging RealPage tools and OneSite for performance tracking.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and a commitment to the GoldOller standard

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong financial, leasing, marketing, and resident relations skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, OSHA, and landlord-tenant laws.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations and drive occupancy and rental income goals.
• Lead and develop site team; conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate leasing strategy, pricing, and renewals.
• Ensure maintenance and vendor management meet standards.
