GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC is seeking a Community Manager in Indianapolis to lead the property’s operations, finances, and culture. You will manage budgets, drive occupancy, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver Gold Standard of Service.

The role requires experience in residential property management and familiarity with OneSite/RealPage systems, with a strong focus on resident relations and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential property management experience.
• 1–3 years of multifamily housing experience.
• Experience with OneSite required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets; drive occupancy and rental income goals within budget.
• Lead and coach site team; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Oversee leasing strategy, pricing, and renewals per leadership guidance.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety codes, and local laws.
